Prior experience includes closing $1.1B of mixed-use and multifamily acquisitions for Equity Residential (Ticker: EQR). He holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance from Loyola University.
Matt has worked as a founder, partner and investor in a series of real estate partnerships including residential, multi-family, retail, development and debt. Prior experience includes managing over 300 million in multi-family development and ranking as the #1 Coldwell Banker agent worldwide in units sold. Matt has appeared as a real estate expert on CNBC and Bloomberg TV. He is also the Co-Founder of Energy.ME. Matt graduated from the University of Illinois.
Max was previously a VP at Pearlmark Real Estate Partners (formerly Transwestern Investment Company) where he was responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing commercial real estate acquisitions, nationwide, on behalf of principal investment funds focused on opportunistic risk adjusted returns. During his tenure he participated in the closing of over $2 billion of equity and mezzanine investments. Max graduated from Northwestern University, with honors, in Economics and Communication Studies and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Marc has 20 years of business experience in operations consulting, real estate management, banking and retail management operations. Marc was founder and President of Private Holding Group and managing broker of Private Holding Brokerage, companies which provide commercial and residential real estate services for over 4000 managed units throughout Chicago. Prior to Private Holding Group, Marc was a member of the management team for an operations improvement consulting firm. Charged with developing and implementing operations improvements, he and his teams saved millions of dollars for Fortune 1000 companies throughout the country. Marc graduated from Marquette University with a degree in business and received an MBA with a concentration in finance and operations from the University of Notre Dame.
Nate has worked as a founder, partner, and manager in a series of start-ups spanning software, finance, and energy. He founded his first company in college and was a principal at and director of the market-making business for a leading proprietary-trading firm. Through New Frontier Holdings, he has founded AMP Americas and co-founded energy.me. He holds a BS and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
